Depth over buzzwords
Understand the system under the abstraction — APIs, data, latency, failure modes.

Portfolio ↗Local-first AI chat with its own inference engine: FISH runs GGUF models on your CPU, behind the Liquid Paper UI. Nothing leaves your machine.
I’m Shubham — a B.Tech CSE (AI) student at MAKAUT who builds FastAPI services, RAG pipelines and LLM products that survive real users. ImuTechz is the organisation I founded: an open-source research & development community that builds tools anyone can run, inspect and fork.
Understand the system under the abstraction — APIs, data, latency, failure modes.
Use LLMs where they help; keep deterministic logic where it must be correct.
From the endpoint to the database to the deploy — the whole path, end to end.
Three goals, and four habits that keep the open source alive.
Make the private path the easy path: AI that runs on your own machine, on our own engine, with every byte staying there.
GOAL.02A single free place to find, compare and download 10,000+ agents and skills — no walled garden.
GOAL.03ImuTechz is an organisation, not an agency: research and tools built in the open, with contributors welcome.
The catalog is re-synced from GitHub on demand — dead entries drop, provenance is kept on every row.
Search quality, dedupe, categories, badges, links — green or nothing ships.
The 23 IMURUN guides render from the same markdown the app ships with.
Repository, issues and history are open: maintenance in daylight.
Become the backend engineer for AI products first — then grow into AI Platform and ML Infrastructure.

IMURUN — local-first AI chat on our own C++ engine, FISH. 23 guides, MIT licensed.
Read the codeMember of GDG On Campus, Kolkata — workshops, developer events and community-driven learning. Talk invitations welcome.
Progress, demos and build logs go out in the open. Side projects GRBS (a live roadmap builder) and Project VEDA (a personal RAG + agents assistant) keep feeding back into ImuTechz.
youtube.com/@ImuTechz — sessions on ImuTechz tools, research and builds.
An open-source research & development organisation I founded. It builds IMURUN, the FISH inference engine, the Agents & Skills directory and this website, in public.
IMURUN and its engine are MIT licensed on GitHub, with their notes, issues and history in the open — including what does not work yet.
Please do. Open an issue or a pull request on the IMURUN repository, or write to support@imutechz.in.
founder@imutechz.in reaches me directly; support@imutechz.in is for help with the tools. You can also book a call.
